We are pleased to offer two dental plan options–the Base Plan and Buy-Up Plan–to help you maintain good dental health. Both plans provide affordable options for preventive care, including regular check-ups and other dental work. The plans are designed to encourage preventive treatment, allowing you to achieve oral health while minimizing dental costs.

Both plans give you access to a national network of general and specialty dentists who meet well-established credentialing standards. Each plan allows you the freedom to visit any licensed dental provider without a referral.
Please be aware that our dental plans are similar to medical coverage in that your out-of-pocket costs are lower when you use a network dentist. This is because network dentists have agreed to charge lower fees, and our plans cover a larger share of the charge. Choosing to visit a dentist who doesn’t participate in the network will increase your out-of-pocket expense, and you may be subject to balance billing.
